In the uneventful circumstance where a problem may have occurred after your roof have been painted or restored by Roofguard, both Roofguard (for workmanship claims) and the manufacturers (for product failure claims) will commit to correct the issue free of charge* to the client’s satisfaction.
*When the customer has taken all responsibilities outlined in the Warranty and maintenance advise of cleaning the roof every 2 years has been followed.
To ensure that our team receives the details required to ensure the claim is valid, we require you to fill out this form with as much detail as possible to ensure we can work with you to rectify the situation to the best of our ability.
Sometimes, small problems come up and as a result, we stand by our claims in exceeding expectations, both during completion as well as any fixes required.
